To reach the hotel, please use the first driveway off of Century Blvd. and proceed to the main driveway where our valet staff will assist you. Once you've entered the first driveway, follow the signs for "Valet Parking" and locate a valet attendant who will help you with the process. Please have a printout or mobile copy of your reservation available for a smooth transaction. Our shuttle pick-up location is also at the main driveway. The airport shuttle is free and runs 24/7, with a waiting time of 20 to 30 minutes. When you return, please visit the Valet Booth and provide your itinerary to complete the process.

For self-parking, take the second driveway off Century Blvd. and look for the "Self Parking Entrance" signs to enter the parking garage. Follow the directional signage down to level P3 to find the entrance gates. Each reservation has a QR Code that you can scan to open the gate. You can scan the QR code with a paper/hard copy of the reservation or from your mobile device. Keep in mind that WiFi may be limited. Once the gate opens, park in any available spot from levels P4 through P6. Use the elevators to go up to the Lobby (L) and proceed to the main driveway to catch the shuttle. The airport shuttle is free and runs 24/7, with a waiting time of 20 to 30 minutes. When you return, scan the same QR code to open the gates and exit the parking garage.

Please note that the maximum clearance for the self-parking garage is 5'11". If you're unable to scan the QR code for any reason, take a ticket like a hotel guest. On your return, show a member of our staff your airport parking reservation, and they'll issue you an exit ticket.
